Based in Fort Myers, FL, GFA Rail Services is an asset based logistics provider dedicated to providing creative, yet pragmatic solutions to meet the logistical needs of Florida, and to find opportunities where others only see problems. The four principles by which GFA will conduct business are:

GFA Rail Services is a family owned and operated company with over 45 years in the freight transportation industry.  Its owners and staff are dedicated to providing cost effective and efficient service for all of your logistical needs.

Our Solutions Team

• Gordon Fay, our founder and President has served the transportation industry for over 45 years, specializing in rail and local trucking to manage the "last mile".  Gordon received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his graduate degree from Yale University.
• Robert Fay, Vice President, has spent over 15 years developing supply chain solutions, concentrating on food distribution networks, including refrigerated and frozen storage.  Robert received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College, his MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University, and a graduate degree in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University.
• Michael Curley, Vice President - Florida Sales, has over 35 years in the rail and trucking industry, particularly building rail / truck combinations for unique logistical solutions.  Michael received his undergraduate degree from Eastern College and is a member of the American Society of Transportation and Logistics.

By taking advantage of our temperature controlled facility, shippers can now load high cube railcars or frozen goods.
